Because this group is broad, judging a listing on freshness, turnover and how consistent recent reviews are tends to work better than judging by decor or price range alone. Most kitchens in Orlando will adjust a dish for common dietary needs like gluten-free or vegetarian if you ask when ordering. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Catering and food delivery businesses in Florida usually require advance notice, from a day for a small order up to a week or more for a large event, so it is worth contacting them early.

The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. The most common schedule is 11:30 AM–2:30 PM. Orlando is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Orlando follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This place quietly overdelivers. You walk in expecting a simple ramen spotβ€”but what arrives at the table feels far more intentional. The karaage chicken is the first statement: crispy, golden, perfectly salted, with that juicy interior that only proper Japanese technique delivers. Paired with kewpie-style mayo and lemon, it’s addictive without being heavy. Then comes the surprise highlight β€” the takoyaki. Soft, almost custardy inside, finished with rich sauce, creamy drizzle, and delicate bonito flakes dancing on top. It’s one of those dishes that feels both playful and precise. But the real star is the ramen. The broth has depth β€” not just salty or spicy, but layered. In your spicy seafood bowl, the mussels and clams add a natural sweetness that balances the heat beautifully. The noodles hold texture, never soggy, and every spoon feels like it was built with intention. This aligns with what many guests mention: Rich, well-balanced broths Authentic Japanese preparation style High-quality appetizers like karaage and takoyaki The concept itself is rooted in authenticity β€” aiming to serve β€œJapanese food that Japanese people would actually enjoy,” which explains the discipline

We went here in Dec 2024. Today we're back again (from Toronto). It's still the same great ramen. Only disappointment was the termination of the photoshoot with the ramen doll. We were looking forward to it.

Very disappointed had high hope based upon the reviews. I ordered the spicy ramen unfortunately can’t taste the flavors if the soup is served warm. Not very hot had them heat it up in the microwave.. it ruined my experience. Not sure how you serve soup that’s not steaming to accentuate the flavors. Also ramen noodles did not look homemade? Oh well the pictures look nice.. the appetizer was good and my coworkers soup was hot and steamy.

This place had the authentic vibes and food. The ramen reminded me of when I was in Japan. The flavor and umami are spot on and combined well with the many appetizer options. Staff was friendly and honestly the prices are better than other ramen spots in the area. I will be coming back again! Finished my bowl and will be using my free dessert coupon! 🍜

After visiting japan, Ive been looking for a ramen that really reminded me of bowls I had in Tokyo. Luckily, this place really nailed the flavor Ive been looking for. A big plus to me was noodle texture and the broth. Felt like I was back in shibuya eating a bowl from a family owned hole in the wall. Nice atmosphere and food was quick!
